Housekeeper Position A superlative housekeeper is sought for a 7000 square foot home in Beverly Hills (the principals generally only occupy/utilize 2000 square foot). The schedule will be a guaranteed 40 hours per week, from 7am-3pm Monday through Friday. There is flexibility if candidates are unable to accommodate this, though this schedule ideally works best for them. This is an informal but very tidy home, with fine art and furniture. Responsibilities Ironing (bedding/clothes) Cleaning windows (within reason, clean/squeegee ground floor windows now and again) Within reason, sweep cobwebs from eaves etc. every now and again Shopping (basic/light grocery shopping/running errands) Food prep (e.g. rinse fruit and put in Tupperware/chop and grate vegetables etc.). The client loves to cook but doesn't typically have the time to do the prep, so any meal prep would be gratefully received. Understand or learn (if required) about regular household appliances e.g. how to clean a Dyson vacuum filter/take care of a dishwasher/oven etc. Be sure to make a record of where items are tidied away Help to clean up after dinner parties Qualifications 5+ years working in private homes for an individual or family in a comparable role 5+ years maintaining a property of approximately 1 acre or larger Superlative and verifiable references from previous employers The principals have 2 medium-sized dogs, so candidates should be pet friendly and not have pet allergies Requirements US passport, Green Card or EAC Available to start ASAP Salary and Benefits $48/hr, $590 monthly healthcare stipend, 10 vacation days, 10 sick/personal days, and all standard national holidays (New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)
