Sample of Reported Job Titles: QA Analyst, Test Engineer, Software QA Specialist, QA Tester, Automation QA Engineer Project Overview -- Short-term engagement through December 29, 2025, requiring ~40100 hours -- Work begins with a paid trial (lasting 24 days) to ensure mutual fit -- Work is task-based and milestone-driven, supported by a friendly ops team -- All work is done remotely and asynchronously What Youll Be Doing -- Evaluate how well AI systems perform quality assurance-like tasks -- Help define what constitutes success and failure in test scenarios -- Draft or review tasks simulating real-world QA, testing, or bug-tracking workflows -- Collaborate with engineers and research teams to improve safety and reliability evaluation Must-Have Qualifications -- 4+ years full-time experience in QA, software testing, or test engineering -- Familiarity with test plans, edge case thinking, or automated test pipelines -- Fluent in English and based in the U.S. -- Comfortable with remote work, async communication, and structured tasks -- Proficient using tools like video calls, shared docs, and upload platforms -- Able to work independently and manage timelines effectively COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS -- Hourly pay: $38$115 depending on experience and fit -- Paid bi-weekly -- Fully remote; flexible work hours -- Current employment in QA not required WHY PARTICIPATE?
