Registers/pre-registers all patients presenting for services per their Dr's order and according to policies and procedures established by the Business Office and Hospital. Performs Admit Discharge and Transfer functions as required. Provides coverage for Switchboard Operator/Cashier as assigned. Ensures registration/communication work is done in a manner to promote positive relationships with patients, physicians, hospital departments and visitors. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ years medical office or healthcare experience.
