Seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to work with a growing organization in Southern, NJ. The Marketing Business Analyst is responsible for performing research and providing insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current multichannel marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and optimizing marketing data used to help drive strategic decisions and work activities for the Marketing & Communications department. This position will be responsible for the collection, validation, and analysis of marketing and business data from multiple access points and interprets the output as charts, graphs, tables, dashboards and correlations using available software such as Excel and Tableau. The analyst maintains awareness of the latest developments, advance and trends in the field of performance measurement and reporting. The analyst delivers comparative and correlative analyses to support business decision and quality improvement initiatives created and implemented by the Marketing & Communications department. The Marketing Business Analyst collaborates with members of the Marketing Services team, Digital team, and Marketing leadership. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business/marketing analytics, information systems, data science, statistics, or marketing preferred. • 2-4 years’ experience in marketing data interpretation and reporting required • Strong ability to perform analysis and communicate findings in actionable manner required. • Ability to interpret healthcare data and effectively present sophisticated analysis and findings required. • Possess strong ability to perform route cause analysis and communicate findings in actionable manner required. • Demonstrates ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs. • Experience with analytics reporting and data interpretation/presentation • SQL report writing skills preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Skills required. • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, tables and functions) required. • Excellent oral, written communication and problem solving skills required. • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and to communicate with both technical and nontechnical audiences. • Ability to interact with professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers and subject matter experts. • Strong ability to work independently and within team setting to achieve outcomes.
