Maintain a high level of professionalism with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.QualificationsProfessional experience in dispatching/schedulingCustomer service oriented and thrives in a team environmentAnalytical and detailed with a sense of urgencyHighly organized and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeProfessional and friendly phone skillsHigh school diploma requiredAbility to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift weights of usually 5-30 poundsPreferred:Service Industry/Security Systems experienceBenefits: We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
