Editing member data in the billing systems. Responding promptly to inquiries from internal and external customers.JOB REQUIREMENTS:* High School Diploma OR GED and 3 years of claims experience OR Bachelor degree and 1 year of claims experience* Customer Service experience* Organizational skills* Ability to handle multiples tasks at once* Knowledge of state regulations, statutes, and ERISA* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills* PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus NotesPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:* Knowledge of ECM, STAR (Claim System), Genelco/GIAS, Siebel, UTS, Casetrak, Docsql, Benefits Manager, ImagePlus, and Index Assist Tool* Aptitude for math and critical thinking skills* Knowledge of state regulations, statutes, and ERISA* Detailed orientedAre you being referred to one of our roles?
