Salary and Benefits The pay for this position is $135,000 - $151,250 per year based on experience Health Insurance: 3 plans to choose from Dental and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account & Flexible Spending Account Retirement package Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS) with Employer contribution Paid Time Off - 15 days for year one 12 paid holidays Life Insurance Short Term Disability Full Support Staff (Nursing, Clinicians, and Providers) Responsibilities Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) 4-8 patients per day on average On Call (By Phone Only) Weekend Shifts available as well Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer Working with patients ages 18+ in a 24/7 Treatment & Recovery facility (16 beds) Completes initial and ongoing psychiatric evaluations Documents care, including admissions, progress notes, and discharges Prescribes medications and oversees patient education and consent Coordinates care with internal teams and external providers Reviews legal cases for involuntary treatment as needed Ensures timely and accurate documentation per TRC and regulatory standards Maintains reliable attendance and performs other duties as assigned Requirements Clear and active PMHNP license in the state of Kansas Crisis & Treatment experience highly preferred DEA license About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
