Construction Superintendent (5 years Exp Req) MUST BE LOCAL/EXPERIENCE IN THE NASHVILLE/MIDDLE TN AREA. Job Description

Retail, healthcare, office, and restaurant construction Fuel stations, convenience markets with knowledge of petroleum Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ground-up building experience a plus Ability to layout and give elevation for utilities, site-work, and building required Day-to-day supervision for all field personnel working on the project Maintains project schedule and coordinates schedule with subcontractors Prepares safety reports, daily logs, job-site photos, etc. Schedules and participates in inspections Personally conducts quality control inspections to ensure that installation of work meets contract requirements and company standards Willingness to travel is a plus Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively Salary to be determined based on prior experience in the field.
