Job Description Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate and accurately accounted for. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to confirm the accuracy of records. Shipping and Receiving: Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving, including processing purchase order, pulling, packing, and shipping orders for the field. Data Management: Utilize Windows based inventory management software and MS Office applications to log and monitor items, generate stock and value reports for finance department, track costs associated with new production and refurbished coin equipment. Order Processing: Receive orders via phone, text, and email from the branches. Correctly identify required parts and generate sales order. Whats Next?
