The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications, and mobile applications.
You will work collaboratively on resourcing and project assignment. The PM will take the lead on managing complex and/or larger projects and will also need to be comfortable in the weeds - specifically helping to drive day-to-day deliverables. Role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and to act as liaison between teams and internal organization clients/requesters.
You must be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As Digital Project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.
Manage all aspects of a project including schedule, budget, communication, and documentation
Maintain positive relationships with end users

Project Management
Manage projects and deliverables from planning through project close
Manage records, reports, and files related to each project
Effectively and efficiently communicate with users to confirm project requirements are captured in Functional Requirement document(s)
Verify client understands and signs off on document(s) before development commences
Manage requirement documents, including any continued updates
Make commitments and coordinate execution of work in a timely manner
Provide additional clarification or guidance on task instructions, turn-around expectations, and other information, materials or resources needed internally
Responsible for ensuring quality assurance is completed on all projects
Work with team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Support
Manage daily user communications for small, stand-alone projects to larger, integrated solutions
Consult on internet solutions for users with assistance from architects, developers and senior consultants as needed
Schedule and manage meetings with and between end users and any necessary party such as designers, photographers and copywriters
Respond to users’ needs and coordinate issue resolution
Respond to all issues and concerns and ensure compliance with Ruppert’s standards
Maintains records, reports and files of client correspondence
Qualifications
2-3 years of project management experience (experience in software and marketing programs a plus)
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask several projects and clients at any given time
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while meeting deadlines
Must be a solutions-oriented problem solver and strategic thinker
Expert-level proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
Experience with Slack and or other collaboration tools
Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
