Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records. Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management review. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Handle reservations and cancellations using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in bookings. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Assist with phone systems, including answering calls promptly and addressing guest needs or concerns.
