This range is provided by Insight Global. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Overview Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr. The role focuses on bookkeeping responsibilities within this position. Responsibilities Maintaining Accurate Financial Records: recording all business transactions, reconciling bank statements, stock reconciliation, AR, AP, inter-company reconciliation, other related financial records, and ensuring the general ledger is accurate. Managing Accounts Receivable and Payable: process invoices, payments, and collections while maintaining accurate records. Assisting with Tax Filing: assist in tax filings and ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations. Stakeholder Communication: liaise with vendors, banks, and internal teams for financial reporting and compliance matters. Provide Supports to Operation: coordinate and work closely with the operation team on daily operations. Audit Coordination: work with external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits. Cross-border Communication: liaise with the HQ finance team for financial reporting and compliance matters. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelors degree in accounting, OR equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word 13 years of experience in bookkeeping Excellent communication skills to coordinate with HQ Compensation $45,000 to $50,000 per year annual salary.
