Manage and update job board brand profiles, ensuring alignment with our employer branding strategy and attracting a strong pool of candidates.Help manage and update the Google Analytics platform to monitor website traffic data and user behavior insightsFoster employee advocacy through social media by creating engaging content and implementing strategies to encourage employee participation.Recruitment Marketing Specialist Qualifications:2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related field.Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels.Analytical skills with experience in advertising performance analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and targeted marketing copy.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. An understanding current recruitment marketing or able to learn fast. Some knowledge of social media platforms.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
