Job Description
Buscamos a profesionistas interesados en trabajar como Supervisor de Granja con deseos de permanecer en los Estados Unidos a largo plazo y con deseos de desarrollarse dentro de la industria.

Las actividades por realizar incluyen, pero no estn limitadas a:

  • Manejo de Payroll
  • Entrenamiento de empleados
  • Llenado de registros
  • Auditora de procesos
  • Manejo de ventilacin y medio ambiente
  • Pedido de insumos
  • Mantenimiento de instalaciones
  • Participar en juntas y presentaciones
  • Participacin activa en las actividades diarias de la operacin por ejemplo:
  • Inseminacin artificial
  • Atencin de partos
  • Tratamiento y vacunacin de animales
  • Lavado a presin
El trabajo es fsicamente demandante en zonas rurales de los Estados Unidos. El titulo y la cdula son requisitos para la visa TN no para el trabajo, el crecimiento laboral depende de ti y tu desempeo.

El horario de trabajo consiste generalmente de 5am-3pm; con quincenas de 90-100 horas, con un da de descanso.

Nuestras granjas estn localizadas en North Carolina, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Kentucky y otras. Con climas extremos (fros durante el invierno y calurosos durante el verano).

Requirements
  1. Ser mexicano
  2. Ttulo y Cdula de Mdico Veterinario Zootecnista, Ingeniero Agrnomo Zootecnista o alguna carrera afn.
  3. Pasaporte Mexicano con vencimiento no menor a 12 meses.
  4. Licencia de conducir vigente (mexicana).
Perfil Ideal:
  • Experiencia comprobable en granjas tecnificadas mayor a 3 aos.
  • Dominio del idioma Ingles y Espaol
  • Fsicamente apto para trabajo demandante de 8-12 horas al da.
  • Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
  • Capacidad de adaptarse a cambios de cultura.
  • Ser independiente y habilidad de vivir alejado de su familia y seres queridos por tiempos prolongados.
  • Ganas de crecer y superarse.
  • Habilidad de seguir indicaciones.
  • Capacidad de poner atencin a detalles.


Benefits

Todos los beneficios dependen de la experiencia que tengas, nivel de ingls y ubicacin de la granja.

$17.00-25.00 dlares por hora.
