Catering Server

Brooksby Village is hiring a Part Time Server to work our catered events across campus. This position is responsible for serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to residents and guests while providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values. $500 Sign-on Bonus

Must have availability at breakfast & dinner, Tuesday to Thursday & weekends. Other opportunities throughout week will be offered as needed/available. Private, community events & meetings that run 2 to 4 hours in length, with additional time for set-up & breakdown.

How you will make an Impact:

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests
• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Serve drinks and food to guests.
• Classic catering with opportunity to be creative
• Complimentary meal provided after conclusion of event.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, guests, employees and prospective residents.

What you will need:

• Meet the state's age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Good communication skills
