Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Repair or replace defective components using hand and power tools. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Maintenance Technician Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus. - Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting preferred. - Familiarity with powered industrial trucks (PIT) or forklifts preferred. - Welding and fabrication experience preferred. - Standing and walking 100% of the time. - High school diploma/GED. - Completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience preferred. - 2-4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Strong mechanical, pneumatic, fabrication and industrial skills preferred.
