Comeketo Brazilian Steakhouse operates some of the hottest, cutting edge restaurants in North Central. Recently voted the best restaurant(entree) in Leominster by the Taste of Leominster event. Fueled by driven, passionate people.

We are now hiring enthusiastic and outgoing wait staff members Wait Staff Members ensure food quality and 100% guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality. We are growing our business.The ideal applicant should have a customer service focused outlook and an upbeat, positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

As a Server, a typical day might include the following:
  • As guests are arriving in our venues you are greeting them with a welcoming smile and are able to provide them with fast, friendly service.
  • You are able to accurately take the guests order, communicate this to the bartender and assist with preparation of drinks before presenting to guests.
  • You are able to accurately communicated food orders to the kitchen and sure food is prepared as ordered before presenting to guests.
  • You are able to monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene when needed according to all necessary guidelines.
  • Promote Comeketo Brazilian Steakhouse in a positive and professional manner.
  • You are able to work well with others as you will be working with other servers, bartenders, barbacks, and management.
  • You are able to remember guest's names and utilize them when appropriate.
  • You are able to build guest loyalty.
  • You are able to resolve service problems with empathy and according to guidelines.
  • Your work area is maintained, clean and stocked.
  • Other duties to be assigned based on venues requirements.

Requirements
  • Must have customer service skills; great guest service skills and an enthusiastic attitude are a MUST
  • Knowledge of, and desire to learn more about, wine, spirits, beer and other drinks
  • Warm and welcoming personality
  • World class hospitality professionalism
  • Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Diligence and organization working with outside vendors
  • Leadership skills that include coaching, directing and motivating a team
  • Desire to mentor and develop others on your team
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Involvement with restaurant openings preferred
