Job Description Summary:
The role of the Business Planner entails overseeing the operational aspects of the B2B e-commerce website. Responsibilities include managing product listings and content, contributing to strategic business planning, and coordinating cross-functional projects to drive optimal results and foster business growth. This position reports to the E-commerce Planning Manager and provides essential support to the Sales & Operations Management department.

Responsibilities:

Operation & Management
  • Establish and sustain product listings and content for product detail pages in accordance with the product lifecycle.
  • Administer the product catalog, ensuring it is continuously updated with the latest information regarding newly added, revamped, or discontinued items.
  • Handle substantial volumes of data to compile comprehensive product listing details, including text and imagery.
  • Oversee operational processes to identify opportunities for enhancing website functionality.
  • Arrange website content, maintain team databases, handle department-related duties, and address ad hoc tasks as required.
Planning & Strategy
  • Strategize sales promotions and conduct comprehensive analyses, delivering reports to C-suite executives.
  • Formulate marketing strategies to boost traffic and drive sales promotions.
  • Explore and evaluate new market sectors, vendors, brands, or products to facilitate business expansion.
  • Aid in website enhancements, focusing on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) with a profound understanding of customer experience (CX/DX).
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and external partners for joint projects and tasks.
  • Actively engage in project meetings and monitor progress diligently.
(KSA) knowledge/experience, skills, ability & attitude:
  • High proficiency with MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint, G-suite (Google Sheet, Google Form)
  • Experience and understanding in e-commerce business/platform (UI/UX) is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while following overall management strategy
  • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering messages in concise and clear manner
  • Strong organization skills is a huge plus
  • Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities
  • Ability to deliver high quality outcome from start to finish
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively in a high-volume and time-sensitive situation
  • Willingness to perform repetitive processes and manual tasks involving data organization

The anticipated compensation range is
19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
