Organizes patient and administrative (documentation, meetings, etc.) time efficiently to meet productivity standards ensuring that all patient care for the section is completed daily. Performs billing processes according to established department procedures. 6. Begins developing clinical expertise and professional skills through interactions with team members, self-study, and other continuing education activities. Serves as a mentor for observation students 7. Demonstrates knowledge and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, and specific patient treatment protocols regarding patient care. 8.
