Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Candidate can be located Hartford, CT / Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX and can work remotely, travel may be required as per project need.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Healthcare domain expertise is essential.
  • Must have worked on HL7/ HEDIS in healthcare domain and in in payer / Provider mandates area involving multiple vendors.
  • Must have Performed Techno Functional role having hands-on experience in Provider data, FHIR, SQL, Solution design thinking/ Architect expertise.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
  • U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Perform Provider Data FHIR Mapping.
  • SQL Expertise to write large queries joining multiple profile dataSets.
  • Play a Solution Designer / consultant role to drive solutions in coordination with vendors and Business teams.
  • Ability to lead/drive technical solution calls with different stakeholders.
  • Validate the test cases with the Quality Engineering team.
  • Perform the UAT / Help business stakeholders with UAT signoffs.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
