Insight Global is a site superintendent for a contract to hire. You will help drive onsite work, by being a subject manager expert in mechanical construction.

You will:

- Ensure all subcontractors are adhering to site safety standards.

- Attend onsite meetings with owner and general contractors to provide scope of services.

-Timely review, evaluate, and respond to contractor(s) requests for information concerning the Final Design Documents. Such response shall include but is not limited to sketches, revised drawings, written clarifications or other documents. All responses to contractor requests for information shall be made so as not to impede the construction of the Project.

- Focus on candidates that have QC (quality control), how they manage that on their projects. This can be any sort of ways (excel, drawings on site, checklists, plangrids) just what have they done personally that works for them.

- RFI knowledge, ability to review, edit and submit as needed, company uses Fieldwire have they used something similar?

- Experience scheduling crews (ability to give details here)

Desired Skills and Experience

- 3-7 years of construction management experience.

- Mechanical Knowledge of in a commercial setting.

-Ability to review, evaluate, and respond to Design Documents. Such response shall include but is not limited to sketches, revised drawings, written clarifications or other documents.

-Ability to understands project scope and customer expectations, written and verbally.

-Previous experience being responsible for a medium to large project, manages the contractual commitments of contractors including cost, quality, and schedule and coordinates their field activities.
