What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist patients: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, verifying their information, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
• Maintain accurate records: Process patient paperwork, manage patient files, and ensure data accuracy in our electronic health records system.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics: Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other staff members.
• Contribute to a positive team environment: Collaborate with colleagues, maintain a professional demeanor, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• One year of related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
