Living the Accuserve values: Communicating and Connecting, Doing the Right Thing, Compassionately Serve, Courageously making an Impact and Staying Curious, the Director, Network Recruitment is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall strategic growth of Accuserve’s national contractor network of 4000+ partners. Oversee a team of recruiting vendor managers to ensure the company’s strategy for enhancing the network’s size and geographical footprint is executed each month. Responsible for directing, monitoring, and reporting on the department’s progress and weekly and monthly performance on its KPIs.
Essential Functions
Lead the firm’s outbound contractor recruitment efforts.
Build a clear go-to-market (“GTM”) strategic playbook with data-driven actions and reporting to convey key priorities and progress in achieving targets across the organizations and to clients.
Design, implement, and lead an organizational structure necessary to successfully execute the GTM strategy.
Nurture and expand existing business relationships.
Establish the firm’s key positioning statements and sales tactics in support of the GTM.
Own the strategic buildout of the network across the small, mid-tier and national players in the space.
Develop targeted campaigns to attract each while consciously protecting the firm’s core economic value proposition.
Determining key recruitment activities such as social media, online advertising, tradeshow attendance, in-market events, and cold calling
Institutionalize the successful execution of each recruitment activity including data tracking, recognition, celebration, and course correction when required
Partner with Network Management, Operations and SAM to discern required capacity levels by service and market.
Provide market-based input and influence on Network pricing strategy and structure, working in partnership with finance.
Build & develop a team of motivated, highly capable recruiting professionals.
Take the lead on speaking engagements and other public appearances to support the firm’s vision.
Identify, plan, organize and execute on the follow up from key industry trade events including working with Sales and Marketing (SAM) to manage decisions and drive execution about collateral, booth specifics and other
marketing/promotional
items.
Lead the strategic buildout of the recruiting tools required for tracking leads, progressing them through the required compliance process and pushing them into production-ready status
Establish daily and monthly KPIs to help manage the team and lead the development of an annual profit and loss statement to capture the network recruitment team’s investments and the commitment to positive returns on those investments.
Develop capabilities to learn new trades and facilitate diversification into other trades as required by business objectives.
Determine strategic planning and market strategies and goals to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing and Operations to ensure clarity of targeted capacity, actual bandwidth and action plans required to fill any key gaps

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
4 to 6 years' experience industry experience is required.
Prior experience in property insurance industry & experience managing a network of providers is required.
Must be a strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to focus on the details, synthesize broad amounts of information into actionable information.
Track record of success in driving and motivating a team to specific operational and financial goals
Proficiency with Microsoft office required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Must be able to manage multiple deliverables to a broad range of stakeholders in a deadline driven environment.
Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
Ability to drive results consistently across different types of circumstances
Must have reliable high speed broadband home internet
