Technical Product Manager This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of business processes, data modeling, and technical execution. You'll be responsible for deeply understanding customer workflows, documenting requirements, and collaborating with engineering to translate them into scalable solutions. Discovery & Requirements Gathering Map and document complex collector and admin workflows end-to-end. Partner with customers, operations, and onboarding teams to uncover detailed business requirements.

Identify edge cases, regulatory considerations, and data dependencies. Technical Translation & Data Modeling Translate business requirements into clear, technical product specs consumable by engineering. Work with engineers to design robust data models. Ensure data integrity across integrations with third-party systems.

Integration Ownership Lead roadmap planning for third-party integrations (Skip Tracing, Letter Vendors, Payment Portals, ERP, etc.). Define requirements for API-based integrations, error handling, and sync frequency. Drive consistency across integration frameworks and reusability of components. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineers, ensuring clarity of requirements and tradeoff decisions.

Collaborate and prototype workflow UIs that map to underlying technical complexity. Execution & Delivery Own feature lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flow documentation. Partner with engineers to validate data flows and integration edge cases.

We're looking for a Product Manager who is also a technologist someone who understands how software works under the hood. You'll be our first product hire and work closely with the founding team to build a world-class automation platform. We need someone who's shipped software, understands databases and SaaS architecture, and can talk code (or even write it). Bring technical intuition to product design.

Understand how databases, APIs, and frontends work together. Know what's easy, what's hard, and what's worth it. Ability to understand relational data models, schemas, and entity relationships. Demonstrated success in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
