The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the overall Human Resources of the Hospital, including: Recruiting and staffing Performance management Employee and labor relations Contract negotiations Employee communication Employee safety Development of departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives The Director must have a philosophy that is consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization.
