Does this sound like you? Apply Now The Treasury Analyst will support in all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. Including, but not limited to, assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company and supporting the full gambit of our ecommerce platform. Duties/Responsibilities Assists in the maintenance of all bank account for the enterprise, including analysis of bank fees and determining optimal sweep structure and hierarchy. Assists in the management of all merchant services programs. Administers payment processing applications (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) in support of enterprise eCommerce platform. Responsible for performing user audits, granting/ removing employee access to banking systems and portals. Process, Initiates, reviews and releases transactions within bank portals. Research cash/ payment issues and returned bank items in a timely manner and works with banks to ensure transactions are properly executed. Works closely with our internal business partners, (Corporate Accounting, Dealership Accounting and Shared Services) in order to resolve issues. Occasionally provides support for monthly accounting close and audits. Assists in the implementation of cash management process improvement and adhoc projects. Required Skills/ Abilities Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Successfully operates under tight deadlines and fast paced atmosphere. Understanding of general accounting systems, efficient global cash management operations, and general financial analysis. Experience with various banking portals, Treasury and ERP systems (preferably in a Security Administrator role). Excellent and effective communication skills (verbal & written). Experience within the Automotive industry (highly desirable). Strong business acumen and professionalism, demonstrates a customer first attitude.
