Don't wait - apply today We are hiring for Experienced Floor Techs in Jefferson, GA Pay Range: $15/ hour ( we offer weekly pay)Schedule : Monday- Friday 7am-4pmSizemore, Inc. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.Responsibilities: Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs.)sweeping, mopping and scrubbing.Strip and wax various flooring surfaces.Move furniture as needed to access flooring surfaces.Ensure proper labeling and use of all cleaning chemicals available.Maintains flooring equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.Operates specialized equipment as needed.Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.Drive a culture of constant improvement, identifying projects to increase effectiveness and efficiency.Abide by and enforce Sizemore's and client's policies and procedures as needed.Other tasks may be assigned as required.Qualifications: High school graduate or recipient of GED.floor tech experience either on a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber.Previous janitorial related experience is desirable.Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations.Possess good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
