Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting Report on team and individual performance Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan Develop and execute innovative sales strategies Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications: BS degree in business administration or a related field Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Sales/marketing experience Food manufacturing industry experience proficient in MS Office Suite Strong leadership qualities Ability to build rapport with clients
