GA Rogers, a professional and executive search firm based in Bend, OR, is looking for an experienced CPA to join a well established, boutique firm.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax related decisions and activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tax research
  • Review complex business returns and advise on ways to make better
  • Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
  • Oversee non-income tax compliance
  • Prepare for and lead tax audits
  • Ad hoc projects in tax planning, estate planning, consulting, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA License in WA or ability to get it
  • 5+ years' of experience of professional tax experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
