Apply your industry background in Automatic Pedestrian Doors (APD) and/or Entry Door Systems (EDS) at Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company, Inc., as Southeast Regional Operations Manager.Leverage your knowledge of New Construction Sales, Service & Installation process improvement initiatives gained working in Operations Management / General Management / Branch Management / Multi-Branch Management and/or Sales leadership where you effectively recommended and implemented procedural and/or process changes, instilled effective team building strategies and increased sales and profitability.If you have a passion for customer service, talent for forming and fostering relationships, and enjoy driving effective operational changes that positively influence the bottom-line, consider formally applying for this Regional role with up to 60% travel in the Southeast.POSITION OVERVIEW:Directly impact and shape the Southeast Entry Door Systems (EDS) and Automatic Pedestrian Door (APD) Service and Installation Operations by proactively evaluating and assessing how current operational and sales activities are carried out by exempt and non-exempt personnelMake appropriate recommendations for operational and sales procedural/process improvement changes, and implement with a goal of increasing customer satisfaction while delivering healthy profit margins and return on sales that meets or exceeds the annual financial budget/forecast at all southeast office locationsLeverage operations / process improvement expertise in a consultative manner with personnel to give employees the confidence that they can trust your leadership and any changes they are expected to adopt in their daily work activities, thus becoming the "go to resource" for operational assistance, advice, guidance and career mentoringSupport various business initiatives of branch managers, district managers, and senior level management while working directly with Department Managers and skilled field techniciansEnsure staff carries out daily tasks in their respective areas with utilization of the company's best practices, policies and proceduresUse division financial reports (daily, weekly and monthly) and metrics for review and utilization in the management of daily operationsTravel up to 60% in the Southeast Region with an average of twice a month and up to 4-day visits. Current locations include: Atlanta, GA, Dalton, GA, Nashville, TN, and Huntsville, AL. Future travel may include additional Southern states as we expand.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum five (5) years of industry experience in Automatic Pedestrian Doors and/or Entry Door Systems; ideally will have experience managing multiple locations and a strong new construction sales backgroundBachelor's degree preferredMust be available and willing to travel up to 60% for this position; monthly car allowance providedProficient with Windows based programs and ERP/CRM systemsAnalytical ability to evaluate operational processes, procedures, financial results, survey feedback and other metrics and determine cause/effect relationships.
