JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting Management with the execution of strategic and tactical onboard revenue marketing projects across NCLH. Collaborate with management team to maintain and execute a multitude of strategic initiatives; including private label e-commerce brand, NCLH employee store, Private Island support and partnerships.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Management team in the execution of all marketing projects related to onboard revenue verticals; including Shore Excursions, Food & Beverage, Spa, Gift Shops, Photo, Lifestyle by Norwegian and Gaming (non-Casino).
  • Assist in optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability for Lifestyle e-commerce brand.
  • Implement and maintain strategic e-commerce plans to drive sales and enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and website enhancements.
  • Assist with onboard revenue digital presence across ncl.com and the NCL app; assist with the rollout of new products across digital platforms and collaborate on functionality projects.
  • Assists with the development of all onboard revenue marketing assets. Collaborate with business verticals to determine needs and produce comprehensive project briefs that provide clear direction and product information.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for management review.
  • Contribute to brainstorm sessions regarding digital roadmap, new initiatives, and special projects.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing or related field.
  • Project Management and/or Relationship Management experience required.
  • Strategy Management experience preferred.
  • Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platform experience is preferred.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

  • Acute attention to detail and ability to spot inefficiencies.
  • Proactive in identifying and correcting issues; Ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, proofreading, multitasking, team building, and motivational skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage all levels within the organization and external.
