Daily tasks include drawing blood from patients and donors, labeling and storing blood containers for subsequent processing, assembling equipment (i.e tourniquet, needles, disposable containers for needles, blood collection devices) and verifying identities of patients or donors.QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITIONPhlebotomist certification or licensure with 1+ year of experience.Venipuncture- Must be able to draw a patient every 10 minutes.Computer literacy (experience using EMR/EHR)Sample ProcessingAccurate Sample LabelingAccurate Order Entry
