Job Details

The Quality Control Manager's responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and enforcing the Quality Control program.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) compliance issues.
  • Supervise officers to inspect uniforms, training credentials, and time-sheet reporting.
  • Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
  • Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality control objectives.
  • Create, document, and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
  • Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within the company.
  • Provide inspection activity for training files and ensure they comply with the contract standards.
  • Document and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain active role on internal continuous improvement teams.
  • Regularly make rounds of all assigned facilities to ensure that all contract performance requirements and quality standards are met and remain engaged with the workforce.
  • Ensures all daily / Weekly / Monthly deliverables are completed timely and appropriately documented.

Expected Hours of Work/Travel

  • This is a Full-Time position with a variable and rotating or fixed shifts of anywhere between 8 and 12 hours.
  • The position will require availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Applicants must be aware and understand that they may be subject to alternative scheduling as applicable as job duties demand.
  • You will be required to travel to and from contract-specific sites.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Undergraduate degree or higher in management, business, security, or law enforcement-related field.
  • Three (3) years of recent QC experience
  • Must have strong leadership ability, sound judgment, and practical administrative ability.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to guide, direct and coordinate the efforts of others.
  • Must have an understanding of time management methods to enable satisfying multiple competing objectives.
  • Related security/law enforcement administrative and managerial experience.
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and interfaces with customer personnel.
  • Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use.
  • Must have a DoD secret security clearance.

  • Do you have an undergraduate or higher degree in management, business, security or a law enforcement related field?
