Nurse Navigator - mBIOTA Elemental - Job Share opportunity East Responsibilities A new role in supporting patients and HCPs so that they can better understand the management and care of patients with SIBO and IBS. This resource is responsible for coordinating and delivering important scientific data and information to support the patient and physician experience, helping to limit barriers that may interrupt and challenge the best patient outcomes. The role is to timely respond to the customer, whether it be HCPs or patients, the primary face of the program, and is responsible for overall customer satisfaction. This Navigator must act always following all company policies and guidelines. He/She interacts with patients to act as a coach and mentor to educate, motivate, and empower them, promoting the value of adherence. The Navigator will be the Primary HCP interface with all activities performed in a manner consistent with and compliant with all company policies. They will handle outbound and inbound calls to/from existing patients, office staff prescribers, new patients, and other areas deemed as important to the support of the patients and HCPs. Requirements 2+ years of Clinical experience, preferably in gastroenterology 3+ years of experience with Complex Specialty products (such as SIBO, IBS, Crohn's, Orphan Diseases, Nutraceuticals) 1+ year of case management experience preferred Experience with explaining difficult business concepts, practice management skills, and processes to patients, HCPs, and office staff Skilled in Reimbursement for medical nutritional products a plus Empathy, drive, passion, positive competitive spirit, and commitment to great service Strong compliance mindset, demonstrating a high level of integrity and ethical judgment Satisfaction from having a visible impact on the business.
