Experience with Fanuc robot programming a must have. PLC programming experience with Rockwell/RS Logix a must have. Configure and commission industrial networks for Robots. Create IO lists, cable schedules etc. for robotic implementations. Interface directly with customers on site and take a leadership role on projects. Must be a US Citizen or have the ability to travel to Canada for project consultations. EDUCATION: A post-secondary engineering or engineering technology degree, diploma or equivalent, specializing in electrical, mechanical, systems or computer engineering. Applicants with extensive experience in these fields are also encouraged to apply. EXPERIENCE: Very strong robot programming and problem-solving skills. Graduates to senior level experience welcomed. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Hands-on control, electrical or robotic experience highly desired. A self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Experience with Ford programming standards a must have.
