Job Summary: Supports Teton Auto Group departments (Service, Parts, Detail and Accessories, Sales, Teton Auto Credit) and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate invoices for customer's service, parts, and detail and accessories purchases with prompt, courteous and efficient service.
  • Communicate with appropriate employee regarding customer's invoices, needs, questions or concerns.
  • Assist with rental car duties. Scheduling rentals, assuring cleanliness, fuel levels, walk arounds. Getting accurate information from rental customers, preparing invoices.
  • Posting internals daily, finding any internal invoices that are missing.
  • Answer phone calls for the Service Department, cashier, rentals, schedule appointments.
  • Take Teton Auto Credit payments from customers.
  • At close of business, balance till and ensure all tickets and payments are accounted for properly and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with every contact, using best practices and MAGIC.
  • Maintain any certification required throughout the year.
  • Ensure rental vehicles are washed, fueled, and ready to rent within 30 minutes after check in.
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability and willing to be organized
  • Cooperating and working effectively with other departments
