Manager – Design and Construction , you will be an integral member of the Store Quality team, reporting directly to the Director of Construction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both design and construction, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and partner requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and designs. Collaborate with store design, visual merchandising, and construction team to ensure design is accurately represented and interpreted in documentation. Use documentation and project specifications to procure project materials. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying the appropriate vendors, soliciting bids, coordinating design updates based on vendor feedback, initiating orders, managing order timelines, coordinating material delivery and contract negotiation. Track and manage invoices and reconcile accounts for payment as needed for project. Coordinate with Store Graphic Designers to ensure all environmental graphics are represented fully in documentation and coordinate the printing and installing of larger graphics. Collaborates with construction partners to maximize design intent while achieving aggressive timelines and budget goals. Visit stores to evaluate site conditions, design restrictions and opportunities, meet with venue partners to ensure a full understanding of partner needs, perform punch lists during final walk through. Manage and update weekly reports that cover current and future construction projects. Facilitate the weekly review and dissemination of weekly reports. Manage project files and digital resources. Work closely with internal teams as needed. Special projects as assigned. Skills / Qualifications: Architecture, Construction Project Management, or Interior Design. In-depth understanding of construction documents, procedures, materials, and project management principles. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Experience with REVIT / AutoCAD is a plus. Must have a strong grounding in design, design direction, project management, process development and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, and complete projects in a fast-paced retail environment. Results oriented designer with the ability to identify areas for improvement. Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical Demands
