As part of our growing company, the Senior Financial Analyst position will report to the Senior Finance Manager. This role will be responsible for the integrity of earnout and working capital calculations for recently acquired Agency Partners. This includes financial review of Balance Sheets and Income Statements, project management and a strong customer service presence to work closely with Agency Principals. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting, organization, continuous improvement, and communication skills to support significant growth in a lean, fast-paced environment. The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the Acrisure Home Office Finance team and will be a trusted team member, thought partner, and advisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Preparation of agency earnout calculations and analyses, discussion of outcomes with Agency partners Preparation of agency Working Capital True ups based on Opening Balance Sheets created by our Accounting Team Analyze the due diligence surrounding the agency accounting; working cross-functionally with Acrisure Accounting and M&A team members Identify, communicate, and resolve risks related to the financials included in the calculations. Project manage workflow of the pipeline, to ensure legal delivery dates are met Improve process work flows and maintain Internal Controls Assist with financial analysis reporting requests, standardization, and other team goals, including holdback accruals tracking for M&A related balances on the financial statements.
