Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent general accounting and/or bookkeeping experience to include accounts payable/receivable/commercial collections
  • Quickbooks and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing (ACH, wires)
  • Billing (customer portal uploads)
  • Check runs
  • Assist in month/year end close
