RePublic Schools is seeking an innovative, dynamic Regional Director of Enrollment to lead our scholar recruitment and enrollment work in Nashville, TN.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Vision Planning + Goal Setting . You will refine and lead our vision for recruitment and enrollment that is grounded in love, achievement, and anti-racism.
  • Coach School-based Enrollment Leads. You will implement the vision across the schools and region by training and coaching regional and school-based leaders on recruitment and enrollment best practices and strategies.
  • Progress Monitor. You will monitor progress towards recruitment and enrollment goals using a variety of metrics.
  • Cultivate Partners. You play a critical role in the creation and continued growth of partnerships with local elementary charter schools, community organizations, etc.
  • Manage. You will manage communications, pipeline sourcing, recruitment events, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Executive Leadership Team. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to ensure that regional priorities and strategies are informed by recruitment and enrollment data, goals, and vision.
  • Align work with Mission, Vision, and Core Values . You will make sure you and your team keep RePublic's mission, vision, and core values at the center of your work in recruitment and enrollment.

  • Deeply knowledgeable about student recruitment and enrollment strategies. To lead our student recruitment and enrollment work, you must have a deep understanding of Nashville's educational landscape, strategies to recruit new families, and skill set to develop future planning.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and backwards planning skills. You build relationships across lines of difference, inspire and motivate others to buy into your vision, navigate challenging conversations with finesse, make tough calls, communicate effectively in all formats, give and receive feedback fluidly, and model/hold a high bar for planning and execution.
  • Other qualifications:
    • A bachelor's degree required.
    • At least 3 years of experience in student recruitment or a related field required.
    • At least 1-3 years of experience in K-12 with a track record of impressive results and deep dedication to serving scholars who are historically underserved strongly preferred.
