The University of Miami Hospital Food Service Team has an exciting opportunity for a full time Sr. Cold Production Worker .

The individual in this role ensures that all applicable health and safety regulations are followed when handling food items. Produces bulk standardized recipes according to specified procedures. Utilizes various types of automated manufacturing equipment, knives, hand tools, powered tools and other applicable equipment. Cleans, calibrates, assembles, and sanitizes equipment, and ensures they are in good working order at all times. Disposes of product waste in accordance with applicable regulations. Follows all sanitation requirements and maintains a clean and tidy work area. Generates required production amounts in defined time frames. Prepares and maintains production and quality control records, reports, logs and other required paperwork. Answers calls, and responds to questions or concerns, as needed. Adheres to University and unit-level po licies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent required
