Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy Medicine (DO).
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Valid Illinois Controlled Substance License
Valid licensure Drug Enforcement Administration
Experience with ventilator management, intubation, performance of bedside procedures (central venous line placement, arterial line placement, paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture)
