Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store.Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.Compensation: Total Target Compensation (includes Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.69 - $27.09 (annually: $49,280 to $56,352) Our uncapped commissions offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
