Iemand die er niet voor terugdeinst om te leren, te inspireren en te streven naar een betere wereld. Iemand die vooruit kijkt, het podium durft te pakken, en die op vrijdagmiddag met ons proost op een geslaagde week.

**JIJ**

* Hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau;

* Hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Delivery Manager of een vergelijkbare rol en hebt ervaring met het realiseren van online applicaties aan bureauzijde;

* Hebt in de laatste 2 jaar geholpen met organisatieveranderingen of digitale versnelling trajecten;

* Hebt ervaring met het bouwen van teams;

* Snapt de techniek achter de online oplossingen die we bedenken en realiseren en spreekt de taal van designers en developers;

* Bent in het bezit van PSM certificaat en je hebt ervaring met het werken volgens de Agile/SCRUM methodiek n weet ook wanneer je deze methodiek juist niet moet inzetten;

* Bent in het bezit van PSO certificaat en je hebt ervaring met het werken als Product Owner;

* Signaleert commercile mogelijkheden bij de klant en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden opgevolgd;

* Kan goed plannen & organiseren en bent zeer resultaatgericht.
