Position Highlights: Position: Advanced Practice Provider, Internal Medicine, Medical Group Location: 1000 Central Street, Evanston, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full-time, 40 hours per week Hours: Days, Hours vary upon the need of the practice What you will need: License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant Licensure (PA) in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required Education: Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification required Experience: Prior APN/PA experience required; Experience in Adult Medicine, ER, Internal Medicine, or Hospitalist Medicine preferred, but all encouraged to apply as we are willing to train the right candidate. What you will do: Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease Provide patient education to promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.
