PERI is currently looking for a Sales Manager to join the PERI family The Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Engineers and be responsible for managing the territory's sales efforts to maintain and gain client accounts. The Sales Manager will implement strategies to identify growth opportunities, meet financial business targets, and help improve the customer experience over time in the assigned geographical territory.

**What you'll do on a typical day:**

* Manage and develop key customer accounts and ensure effective & efficient coverage of sales opportunities

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers

* Lead sales team in daily operations

* Management of sales team for the timely closeout of projects

* Establish and monitor performance goals of sales team

* Identify necessary measures to increase sales performance

* Conduct sales meetings with clients

* Coordinate and initiate communication with all other departments to ensure excellent project management and administration according to PERI's Offer to Cash (OTC) process

* Responsible for accurate, timely, and detailed forecasting in line with PERI group wide standards and regulations

**What you'll need to be successful:**

* An understanding of end-to-end sales process and customer lifecycle

* Ability to be detailed oriented while maintaining a strategic outlook

* Possess a demonstrated track record of developing and leading high performing sales teams within competitive business environments

* Take on the role of mentor and coach for the sales team

* Critical thinker with advanced problem-solving skills

* Results oriented and data driven mindset

* Demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions and be accepted as a trusted advisor

* Exceptional communicator with well-developed presentation and negotiation skills

* Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field

* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
