Votre contribution
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un analyste financier pour joindre la dynamique équipe finance du département d’après-vente. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez avec les autres membres de l’équipe finance ainsi qu’avec les différentes unités d’affaires de MHI RJ Aviation.
Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appelé à :
Préparer les gouvernances journalières, mensuelles ou trimestrielles liées aux activités après-ventes incluant les ventes, les marges, les inventaires et les couts de programme.
Valider la valuation des inventaires en s’assurant de respecter les politiques comptables en place et en effectuant les contrôles internes afférents.
Analyser les couts mensuels de programme et fournir les détails financiers aux partenaires d’affaires ;
Supporter le processus de fin de mois et préparer les entrées de journal et réconciliations.
Participer à l’établissement du budget, prévisions et plan d’affaires.
Participer à la création et l’amélioration de nouveaux processus.
Effectuer certaines analyses ad hoc et supporter tous requis provenant des différentes unités d’affaires.
Qualifications
En tant que candidat idéal, vous
Détenez un Baccalauréat en comptabilité ainsi qu’un titre comptable (CA, CMA ou CGA) ou en voie de l’obtenir ou expérience équivalente;
Possédez 2-5 ans d’expérience;
Êtes orienté vers les résultats, faites preuve de discipline et autonomie;
Démontrez un bon esprit d’équipe ainsi qu’une attitude positive;
Prenez en charge les livrables et requis, en plus d’avoir un bon sens de l’organisation dans l’exécution des taches quotidienne;
Démontrez un intérêt pour l’amélioration et l’automatisation des processus;
Avez d’excellentes connaissances des outils Microsoft Excel; la connaissance de SAP et bases de données sera considérée comme un atout;
Êtes fonctionnel en français et en anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Your contribution
We are looking for a financial analyst to join the dynamic Aftermarket Finance team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the other members of the MHIRJ aviation business and finance teams.
In your role, you will:
Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly governance related to aftermarket activities including sales, margin, inventory, and program cost.
Ensure inventory valuation is aligned with accounting policies by implementing and performing various inventory controls.
Analyze actual program cost and provide financial details to the business.
Prepare month-end close activities and reconciliations.
Participate in budget, forecast and business plan activities.
Participate in process implementation and improvement.
Perform variety of tasks and ad hoc analysis in addition to support any business requirements.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate, you
Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting as well as an accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA) or in the process of obtaining it or equivalent experience;
Have 2-5 years of experience;
Are driven by results, demonstrate discipline and autonomy;
Have a good team spirit with a positive attitude;
Show accountability and have good organizational skill with daily deliverables;
Demonstrate interest into process improvement and automatization
Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP and database will be considered an asset;
Are functional in French and English, both spoken and written.
