Job Description Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and building codes. Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
