We are looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to help our company find and retain excellent team members. You will be responsible for discovering talent, building a strong employment brand and ensuring a great experience for candidates and team members. To excel as Director of Talent Acquisition, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. Responsibilities : Develop a sustainable talent acquisition strategy that highlights Tricoci as a “Best in Class Employer.” Collaborate with leadership to create strategies that are impactful for various departments. Monitor employment trends to keep Tricoci at the forefront for employment branding and recruiting. Partner with operations and finance to determine current staffing needs based on budgets, attrition and pipeline while producing attainable forecasts. Collaborate with marketing on visually engaging content and collateral that follows Tricoci Brand Standards. Manage, develop, and support the talent acquisition team. Create standard operating procedures for talent acquisition team including but not limited to; interview guides, passive candidate outreach processes, and candidate requisition forms. Monitor job boards and job postings focusing on ROI for sponsored jobs. Review current team member referral programs and incentives, modify based on employment trends. Create and report standard recruiting KPI’s including but not limited to; time to fill, time to hire, source of hire, applicants/role, and cost/hire. Share insights and collaborate with educational teams about employee retention and development. Create employer branded social media accounts. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions. Create standard salary/hourly benchmarking process for organizational roles. Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) including candidate experience and employer branding. Source and find candidates for open positions. Organize and/or attend recruiting events as needed. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in talent management with proven experience as a Director of Talent Acquisition. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding. Proficient with creating KPI’s. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards. Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
