LPL Financial Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master At LPL Financial, we empower professionals to shape their success while helping clients pursue their financial goals with confidence. We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master who will be part of the Technology team supporting Infrastructure and Operations business unit by providing critical business systems and integration services. Responsibilities include facilitating and driving the team through the agile ceremonies, release planning and execution, ensuring agreement and transparency across the team, and maintaining accurate JIRA updates. The role also involves capacity vs load management, PI planning prep & execution, and producing weekly, monthly, and iteration reports. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience managing project and maintenance activities, working collaboratively with various teams, and providing regular communication throughout the project lifecycle. Background in infrastructure projects/programs is preferred. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence at our Charlotte/Fort Mill office 23 days per week. The pay range is $96,188-$160,313/year, with a highly competitive LPL Total Rewards package.
